Not sure what\'s changed, but I cannot now Arm via the iPhone. This was working.
Via the iPhone App , when I now press the Arm icon, I now get a countdown (from 30s), at the end of this the system doesn\'t Arm, just doing fast beeps and then I hear Arm failure.
This was working (it previously would ask for the code and then arm immediately).

What is your connection, LAN or INTERNET?
If connect by LAN, it means you are in the house, arm to AWAY require exit by Entry Door
If you dont exit by the end of  exit time then there is ARM Failure. This is same case as armng by keypad in the house
If arm by Internet, exit is not needed. System will arm immediately. This is the same case as arming by remote telephone or SMS

Yep, that was it. Wasn\'t aware of this difference.
