Hello,
A have a comfort with 5 slaves and after the installation of the slave nº 5 I got from the last 9 zones the state Unknown. If I cross one of these sensors it comes active and later inactive. If I connect again it comes Unknown again. On the Iphone and Ipad app this zones came with green light. If I have one intrusion I cannot know were the intruder is if he is on one of these zones.
Where are some images about this problem and about the modules that I have.
 
Another question is why the configurator V3.8.6 doesn\'t identify the serial numbers of the modules and one is invalid.

It may be an issue of comfigurator not identifying the state of these zones when you first connect.  To capture this can you start comfigurator before connecting, then connect, and Copy to Clipboard on the UCM/I/O monitor and show the copied information


However the zones should not be having any problem in reporting. If you press F32 ion the keypad for Security Check walk through the zones and see if the keypad announces the zones correctly.


I dont understand what you mean about the iphone and ipad zones. Do the zones show correctly on and off?

The serial numbers may not be recorded on these modules as this is a relatively new feature, especially if the firmware has been upgraded. It has no effect on the performance

I have done the copy of UCM I/O monitor and together I send a photo from the iphone issue, the same problema on the WizComfort and a new printscreen of configurator with all the 9 zones Unknown again.
On the Ipad is the same of the iphone all this zones are in green light and not in red like it should be. If we pass near the sensor with the iphone connected it cames after some seconds red like the other ones.

we have traced the problem to the Comfort firmware which updates the zones up to 80 at reset using the Z? message, instead of 96. However updating of the zones is correct. The next Comfort firmware will fix that

I am going to wait for new firmware version.

The firmware ULT 7.056 (Beta) fixes the problem with 80 zones updated at reset
with U:T 7.056, 96 zones should be updated atreset
