What it happen in Event log Show Alarm Type # Panic (9) But not show Zone Activation?
In this system there are two sets of panic and Panic button in KT03. 

What is the firmware of the comfort system? Perhaps old version may not record the zone for pamic

Upgrade Comfigurator first to 3.9.2, then the UCM firmware and lastly the Comfort firmware
