Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

Hi master,

My system is Comfort II SPC. I want to change Engineer Sign In Code, but seems like there is no Engineer User show in the list under Security -> Sign-In Codes.

Is there any way to change the Engineer Sign In Code?

I try to perform the change code using F0 + *6789# and \"Change Sign In Code\", but that only change the Sign In Code for 1st user, not for the Engineer Code.

Please help on this.

engineer code is listed in Security > Sign in Codes as user 18

That is wrongIf you sign in as Engineer code and change the  code you are changing engineer code NOT user code. 
Shortcut F7 also changes the code of whatever user is enteredIt asks you to enter a code, and then enter a new codeeg if you enter user 1 code , then you wil changes user 1 codeIf you enter Engineer code then it changes engiineer code
