Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

I\'ve Install comfort 1st generation on my client vivo monitor house but when i import jclrccip  messages pop up state there unknown host. I think this is something to do with its comfort installer version. Is this comfort firmware have version also?

Unknown Host means the IP address is not correctGo to  settings on the app and check the IP address and PortThe Comfort and UCM firmware should be upgraded ti the latest versions
