Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

I have Comfort (7.077), UCM 7.065 universal  + ETH02 so that I can follow the set up instructions for LigIhtWaveRF.  I do have ETH03(which I tried as well as wel)l. I have have upgraded ETH02 to Universal  Cytech_Uni3_13 via device explorer. I then went to Configurator 3.10.4.0 and DS Explorer to set the settings and write to EProm  after changing the settings, What can I check to see what is happening, or do next? I include my ccLX file as well.
I am not able to link and register UCM to WIFI link unit. I do not get any response on the WIFI link unit to confirm YES register device. i can ping the WIFI Link unit.
I have spoken to LightWaveRF technical support to confirm register command:

Hi,MDKKEN, the correct register command is 123,!F*p, \"p\"is small letter, it is working! by the way, LightwaveRF keeping changing the protocol, you also can use Wireshark to capture your phone performance whenever the protocol is changed since we are also not informed by them...
