but continuity is ok.....I was short all zone and test system is ok what is the problem of zone troubling.
please help me

You mean you removed the zone wiring from the zones, and there is no zone trouble

That proves that the problem is in the wiring or the sensors. 
There is a voltage on the wires

Next re-connect the wires, use a multimeter to measure the voltage from Zone to Common (center pin on the terminal block)
The zone shunt should be closer to the terminal block

measure the voltage with the sensor closed. It should be 0 volts

measure the voltage with the sensor open (ie door open). It should be around 1.3 volts

These are the voltage when there is no other voltage sources on the wiires

Let me know what is the voltage you measure on the affected zones




I understand from the distributor that the problem was with wiring of the multiple zones and it has been fixed
Wiring is the most important issue which causes the most problems in a system
