Cbus to knx 1.008
Bugs Fixed (from 1.004)

Custom Application did not work from cbus. Allow custom applications to work like lighting application from cbus
Fixed BUG due to cbusknx Bus Translator Configurator software does not sort application/Group Address in ascending order

fixed BUG did not check max cbus entries in the Cbus Addresses Table correctly
fixed BUG when cbus on/off mapped to knx scaling 1 byte, 0 and 255 is not sent to knx
