Nope... 54 again... I know I have 62 devices configured in the file... it consistently will not discover _all_ the devices... I don\'t know it it\'s coincidental, but following convention, my devices are all listed in numeric order, and it\'s always the last ones that aren\'t discovered... my dining room ceiling for instance is mapped to counter 111, in no discovery attempt *ever* has that actually been discovered.. is it because its pretty much at the end of the list in the file, or is it just because it\'s a high number? - I\'m going to edit the config file so that ONLY counter 111 is exposed, & try again...
when counter 111 is the only one exposed in the file, it has discovered it... I\'m going to add counters back in a few at a time & see how that goes...
OK, I finally got all the devices I need to be discovered... but things still aren\'t working as well as they used to... I briefly get all the \"Things\" responding correctly, turning on & off promptly, and showing the correct status in the ST app... but consistently, and very quickly the interface seems to die... all the things go to \"Offline\" and the bridge EPM is a constant 0. Bizarrely, it seems I can actually control devices from the ST UI - and they respond... I\'m sitting here wathing a light turn on/off as I control it from the ST app, however the ST app says the \"Thing\" is offline, and will not update its status..
Also FYI, today the figures in the uhai interface are: Online - Version:1.0.1a Disk Free:60M Memory Free:302M Load:1.18
This morning: Online - Version:1.0.1a Disk Free:0 Memory Free:85M Load:0.61

Sdcards can be tempremantal to sudden power loss
If possible check the power supply is sufficient depending on the RPI you are using
I had quite a few issues until I used a 2a power supply on rpi
Was using a 4gb card until the RPi was abruptly turned of and fckd the card, now using a 16gb sd card with no issues whatsoever.
RPI - latest RPi 3 model B, PSU was (until just now) some cheap chinese wall wart that I found in my drawer, but having checked it to reply to this, and noticing that it\'s a bit ropey, (only 600mA output) - I\'ve just changed it for a Griffin one rated at 2.0A output...
SD card - 3 day old Sandisk Ultra 16GB, formatted in my windows Laptop with SDFormatter then image written with Etcher portable edition.
it has been power cycled at least once with the card in, perhaps a couple more times than that...
600ma is nowhere near enough to power a rpi 3 it will shut down and fck the card up you may have to reformat the card to be on the safe side I know its a pain but it may have impacted on the partition with half written code ect causing card to fill up.
I am certain that your rpi has been shutting down and rebooting of its own accord due to power outage and thats where your problem is.
I suspect you may be right... - it pays to read the small print when pulling a PSU out of the drawer I guess...
I\'l reformat & reimage now... - also I\'ve moved the pi back into \"Node 0\" where it has been running for the last 9 months, instead of being out on my desk - which is why I had it on a temporary PSU in the first place...
Will report back later on results.
Would still be nice to know how to extend the partition though - seems a shame to have 12GB of the 16GB going to waste...
I also might like to try installing a GUI as well - I know this is supposed to be dedicated to running the UHAI, but the load on the Pi is miniscule according to the current stats, and while don\'t mind a shell, for many things - especially in an unfamiliar environment, I find a GUI easier to navigate...

My bad... and I went back (for now) to a 4GB card that was spare...
Oh, and I checked the PSU I had in node 0... - that was a tad underpowered too... - just 850mA - not as bad as the temp one I was just using on the desk, but still quite underrated (although I wasn\'t powering *any* USB Devices, only the bare Pi board itself)... According to the numbers in the tables here:
https://www.raspberrypi.org/help/faqs/#powerReqs 850mA should be enough to power the bare Pi board in almost all anticipated situations - the only exception being \"max stress\" - and looking at the \"load\" figure in the UHAI page doesn\'t suggest anything even close to max stress.. But I suppose getting close to the upper limit of the PSU isn\'t going to be a good thing, so perhaps my previous problem was also related to that? - on the desk with the 600mA PSU, the free disk went to 0 in just 2-3 days, and the reliability of the connection to the devices was awful. my previous build was running happily for 2-3 months and I didn\'t experience the same poor connection reliability, but perhaps it was still a weedy enough PSU that it was causing the same problem, only less frequently? - Matt, does that sound feasible as an explanation? I\'ve now swapped that one out for a decent PSU (a spare from one of my Echo dots, well-built and rated at 1.8A).
Will monitor & report back.

Although the RPI will run at 850ma it has probably not mentioned that it also consumes power for bluetooth & wifi even though they are not transmitting/recieving which causes fluctuations in the power consumption hence stronger 2a recomended unless of course you have a Rpi 2b then you can run at a lot lower power consumption. Ps Im not a Rpi specialist but i do know that power on the rpi does cause problems if it is not enough or stable. also Echo dot supply should be easily capable of handling the it.
