Hi, a few months ago i stopped using my door station but left the module installed. I am now getting communication errors so thought I would just remove the board. I am unable to remove the module in the software interface. 
This is a Gen1 Ultra board but using 3.5.6.0 of comfigurator. My board does not support scan. The software says to either scan or remove the module under teh module tab. I can\'t see any way to remove the module manually. Am I missing something here?

Right Click on Door station and select Delete Door station, then write to Comfort

Hate to state the obvious there but .you are assuming that the customer has the original configuration file?

If you DON\'T have the original config file then you will end up downloading an EMPTY default program.! (with no doorphone!)

Thanks all, i do have the original config file, I have now corrected this problem. I use comfiguratior but not that often as I don\'t need to make changes
