I have been getting a repeated Power Failure - Controller message on my keypads. I get a failed to connect to UCM message when I try to connect via Comfigurator (though it did work yesterday for a while). I run all my house automation off the UCM Pi and that is offline also. 
I tested the power input to the mainboard on my master Comfort panel and got a 15volt reading and a 14v reading on the output terminals that feed PIRs etc. (so power is making it into and through the board). The backup battery was down at 12.5v so I swapped it with one from my slave panel that was 15v. 
I have had no power outages recently. Any ideas on what may be causing both the error message and the system being offline for Comfigurator and UCMPi? Thanks
Perhaps the UCM/Pi is sometimes drawing too much current from the Main Comfort PCB, together wth other keypds etc. If you have a Slave with battery backup, try connecting the UCM/Pi to that instead of the Main PCB. You may also need a separte 12V supply for the UCM/Pi if that does not fix it

We do not have a table of all the devices but each product manual will state its typical current draw
Thanks. UCMPi is powered from a completely separate 12v power supply so should not be affecting main panel power draw.

Thanks for that I must have ovelooked that in the manuals, and will start creating my own reference table.
Perhaps something in your system is intermittently drawing too much current.
Read the event log to check when this power failure event occurs
