I\'ve had my comfort system running for almost 12 years. I have a BT Redcare appliance connected to the main panel. in the last 6 weeks, every day around 17:45-18:00 I get both a fire and double intruder alarm being raised. There are NO audible alerts in the property or error messages highlighted on the keypads.
This is a serious issue as I\'ve had three occurrences of the monitoring center calling out the fire brigade and attending my residence.
Please advise on what internal error logs I can analyze to troubleshoot what is causing the issue. There are instances when the problem occurs at 23:15-23:50 also. the only correlation is there are sunset programs set to turn on multiple outputs (lighting) when the sunset time is reached.
Please advice on any diagnosis to perform.
