OK, that\'s weird but good news! Could you try setting the PIN and uploading your Comfort config file to it?

From your logs, it appears that several of the packages are out of date or no longer supported. This may be because you have installed Raspbian 12 Bookworm, while I used version 11 Bullseye which was the latest at the time.
If you still have the energy, you could try using Bookworm and see how you get on.

Set the pin and no errors
Loaded my latest comfort configuration file and no errors.
How can I check this is all good ?
FYI - TheNode-Red Comfort Dashboard works

Where / how do I get the Version 11 Bullseye, I don\'t mind trying to again, I can take an image of what I have so far in case.

Where do I get the version you say, I followed the link in GitHub etc..

Ah, that image is out of date and already includes the UCM/Pi software and Node-RED. I\'ve never used it as there were many changes made after the image was created.
You need to do a clean install of Raspbian as I said in the very first post, using the Raspberry Pi imager - Google it.
Then, follow my instructions exactly and choose the 32-bit version of Pi OS Lite, preferably version 11 - Bullseye.

Ok so used version 11 - Bullseye 32-bit and went through the steps.
When it came to running the script it rebooted PI at the same point \"Installing Dependencies\"
Repeated all the npm installs manually and continued with other steps in script manually as well.
Comfort panel is up, registered user, set pin, uploaded configuration, node-red working, cytech nodes show zones etc
So working but with some manual execution, not experienced enough to figure out why it reboots at that point, not sure what to check or have experience.

The next step is for me to try and replicate the problem when I get a chance!
For you, add in node-red-contrib-home-assistant-websocket if you want to connect to Home Assistant.
You can then create flows to link your alarm system to HA and vice versa.

Quick question to folks UCM/Pi, does the new Comfort2MQTT work better and simpler to have then the UCM/PI ?

I have the UCM/PI, all works well but now thinking if the Comfort talks via MQTT then its one less component to go wrong

Thoughts please ?
