The Comfort Forums has been migrated from the old UltraBB to MyBB which is a modern Open source Forum platform. The categories, forums, subforums and users have been been transferred to the new platform which is better supported and has many more features
The URL remains as
http://www.comfortforums.com or
https://www.comfortforums.com
However the passwords for the user accounts cannot be transferred, so you will have to reset your password when you log in for the first time.
The steps are:
- Go to the forum login page.
- Click on the "Forgot Password" or "Lost Password" link.
- Enter your username or email address.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email that MyBB will send.
Please be assured that your accounts and posts are safe.
Contact support@cytech.biz if you encounter issues
The forums and Topics that you have followed should be maintained in the new forum platform. This is the 3rd forum platform for Comfort; WowBB, UltraBB, and now MyBB.
Also both comfortforums.com and cytech.biz are accessible by https. eg
https://www.cytech.biz and
https://www.comfortforums.com.
However you can still use http and the server will automatically redirect to https:
This will remove the security warnings given by browsers

I've not logged in for a while and only just realised I needed to reset my password. I don't know if anyone else had issues when resetting their password but I received the first email with the 2 links. The first link gave an error message so I tried the second link and entered by details which also gave an error message. I tried it twice and was about to give up and email support when I noticed I had then been sent a second email with a new random password. That then worked and allowed me to login to my existing account.
A bit confusing that both the first two instructions claimed to have failed when one of them must have actually worked.
