Hi,
I was on 8.013 and tried to upgrade to 8.030 - it just doesn't take it.
I then manually upgraded to 8.017 (which was never offered to me automatically) and it upgraded fine.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
Mark

Hi - no error message in the UI (and not aware of their being a log anywhere) and as to the 'ARM version' - I don't know how to answer that. Have had the hardware for ages and ages - Comfigurator4 is offering me the upgrade and I assume locating the 'correct' one
Thank you
Mark

I am seeing the same thing. Also a very old Comfort II Ultra (not ARM).
I'm offered the upgrade to 8.030, but when I accept, the following dialogue box is actually saying "do you want to upgrade from 8.013 to 8.013". The upgrade process worked but seems it just put the same version of software on the system, rather than actually upgrading it.
Cheers,
Jon.
The CM9001 ARM version is described here https://www.comfortforums.com/thread-5607.html
Please upgrade comfigurator to 4.0.4 by going to Help > Check for upgrades. The older versions did not detect the arm/nonarm versioopns correctly.
after upgrading Comfigurator please do a scan for module to dedtect the CM9001. Then do the firmware upgrade. Your Comfort versions should be the latest. If you did not buy CM9001within the last 1 year yours should not be the ARM processor
Thank you

Hi I can confirm I am not on the ARM version. I have upgraded comfigurator to 4.0.4 and get the same behaviour - am offered 8.0.13 run the upgrade and when it reboots it still shows it is on 8.0.13 - are you sure the 8.0.30 binary is correct?!
Can you send your cclx file aftre scaniong for modules and saving, to support@cytech.biz
We will check it

Done!

You are correct. the upgrade is not pointing to ULT 8.030. We have fixed the error. Please try again.
By the way if you do Download Firmware instead od upgrade ffirmware, the firmware cbf file will be downloaded. Before we fixed it the file downloaded was ULT 8.013
Thnaks for the feedback to both of you
