Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

I'm trying to set-up the Comfort Automation G2 Phone app on android. 

I've uploaded my cclx file to to the App Convertor (https://www.cytech.biz/crl_comfort_app_convertor.php) and it seems to complete fine  and it tells me it has sent the converted file by email.  However I don't receive the promised email.

The email method is having difficulties because of the added requirements for encryptionthe emails and the android app
Can you send the email to your won account in your PC, but not using gmail, use another account . Then transfethe jrlccip file to the phone by USB. the file size shoyuld be about 4 to 8 KB. sorry about this It will be improved in future

Thanks.  All working now.  I also had to track down the email from my spam folder and move to inbox before the attachment would show up.
