A really simple and I'm sure, a daft question! Ive looked at my Config file and I see a few 'custom events' - one that occurs every evening and one every (early) morning, as well as the occasional random 'custom event'. I must have set them up, some years ago, but Ive forgotten how! And the numbers of these 'custom' events do not tie up with the events shown in the Comfigurator. Where and how do I view what these custom events are and what settings they are making? Thanks for any help! Mike
I dont remember any Custom Events. Do you mean  "Miscelaneous Events"?

Thanks so much for you prompt and kind response. But I don't think so. The log file clearly says:

08/27 23:00 Custom Event #22
08/28 06:00 Custom Event #23

so I'm guessing these events (which occur every day in the log file) are 'bedtime' and 'early morning' things. But where are they? But if I look at Miscellaneous Events, Ive got a Sunrise and Sunset event - but obviously NOT these! Sunset isn't at 11pm!!
ah..  Thisd is a Custom event to save in the event log, in case you want to track something taht is not nopormally saved in the event log,m eg output N on, . you can save this to the eve[attachment=2316]nt log

Thanks Slychiu - but I can't seem to find the Custom screen in Comfigurator v4.0.5.0 that you are showing me! It certainly makes a lot of sense - but how can I find what I've 'set' for these Custom events? Where is that screen? [attachment=2317]
see my screenshot. In security > save to event Log
It's in a response you created. Events -> Responses.

Sorry to be so dim, Slychiu but I just cannot see the security tab. Ive looked at the Comfig help and it says "This screen enables responses to be defined, which will be activated when various events occur within the Comfort system.  In all cases, clicking on the null icon will display a list of available responses, showing numbers, names and descriptions"  (the null icon is three dots in the text) but I don't see anything like this. All I have on my Miscellaneous Events screen is like a large star/flower in the top right corner - and it it isn't 'clickable'. So, where do I go? What am I missing? BTW, I am in ''Engineer Advanced Mode'. Is this correct? Many thanks for all your help!

Yes, I seem to have found something! Ive looked at 'Time Programs' under 'Schedule' and at 23:00 I run an event 'ElevenPMSet' - and guess what? In that response I set a flag and then 'Save to Event Log22'. Wow!! Same thing at 06:00, except I 'Save to Event Log23'. Who'd have thought it!!

Now, is there a quick way to search responses for the 'Save to Event' response - would be very useful! But I'm still confused as to where that screen you showed me (the custom: cus screen) is? I just can't see it! Is it something that my firware (which is fairly old, I guess) doesn't support? And where are the three dots icon mentioned in the Help File? Thanks for all you - very patient! - assistance. Much appreciated - Mike

BTW, here's a screenshot of my system:

To answer Mikes question first;

1st you need to create a new Response where you will add the action to save a custom event.
Add Response, [attachment=2319] give it a description and name
in Response wizard select Security and look for Save to Event Log
