Comfort 1 ver 4.222

The AWAY mode button on both of my keypads has stopped working of all a sudden. The DAY, NIGHT mode button work fine as does all the other functions of the keypads. The only way at the moment to arm the system is to log in as the user, and use the menu options to set the away mode.

Any idea whats wrong???

You may have inadvertently reprogrammed the function of the AWAY key
This is done in Comfigurator - Control > keypad
The Away Key in the list shows the Response next to it which should be KeyArmAway..

Thanks for the reply.

See attached for Comfigurator - Control > keypad pic. It shows only response numbers, but when I check ,for instance, response3, it shows the correct logic but still doesn\'t work the AWAY button

Any more suggestions, need to get this sorted.

The Response in your Away Mode key is incorrect. It should be

If SecurityMode = SecurityOff Then
    KeySwitchArm AwayMode
End If
