Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

Hi,I have just installed a minderpro (comfort) system,and I am having problems with

the main panel talking with the two slave units I have installed.

All it tells me on the keypad that there is a communication failure slave 1 and 2.

Can any one help?

Check the each Slave is set to a different ID. If you have two slaves, the ID should be 1 (A, B, C shorted) and 2 (A open, B,C shorted)
