Hi,
Just getting to set up some sign in codes and answering machine settings. I am settingp 5 users, 1 of which is for a cleaner that comes around once a week. What I want to do is have it so that when she signs in, she does not get to hear, and does not have access to telephone messages. I know this is simple enough if I assign her as user 9 or higher, but by doing this, the facility to leave memo messages etc for her is also lost.
Is there a way where, I can set up 1 voicemail box only, and select which users have access to messages left on the answering machine, and which do not, while still giving them access to memo messages ?
Another quick query, related to the actual voice response on the new comfort. I am comparing it to my own older comfort, and being honest, the voice menu on the new one, in comparison to the old one is not as sleek. It seems much more harsh, slower (I know I can speed it up), and more broken. The words available for the home control menu also for example seem to be much more limited. For example, the words heating, and Menu dont seem to be available as they were on the older system (althought he word Heat is there, it just does not sound as good when creating a home control menu). Is there anything I can do here to improve, or make the voice menu more like the older comfort system ?>
Thanks,
Eamon
