The result, now is

I?1801

So, it is ok....... Well, at this point, i don\'t understand where the problem can be.....

Comfort never reports zones or alarms wrong
It should be the homeseer plug in not sending the corect commands or not interpret the results correctly

If there is a monitor mode for Homeseer which can show the messages excahnged between Homeseer and Comfort, use that to check

Going on making some tests, i have a reply asking \"I?2\"

>I?2

<Ok
<NA

Many other inputs reply \"NA\", what does it means?

You need 2 digits
02 not 2

An easier way is to go to zone screen, select the zone and check the status box
This will show you the state

Comfort monitor gives the right results.

You was in right when you said \"Comfort never reports zones or alarms wrong\".....

The problem is not a Comfort problem...... well, now i don\'t know what to do.......
