Probably a longshot but have you tried the \"Update Defaults\" action from the File menu to download a new set from the Cytech Website?

Hi Julian

Unfortunately, I cannot get application to launch (in order to access the file menu)

When I select the template on initial startup, I am presented with the above option. Clicking OK quits comfigurator .

Can you check if you have Windows XP SP3 with .NET Framework 3.5 SP1

This is needed for Comfigurator to work on XP
