So do we have to do that every time DST changes?

You need to press Submit the first time that you use this SNTP function, r if you are upgrading from the old eth03 or CSM, or if you change time zones, eg you bnng the system to Africa
Otherwise there is no need to submit again
Check that the READ field is the same as the GMT offset field
