- llebyat - 01-22-2007 Hi Am still having no luck getting a ucm to connect to comfort as per earler posts. sw7 a,b,c are all shorted sw8 has no jumpers on at all j2 is in RS232 loc 1672 is set to 1 ready LED is on D9/D10 are flashing correct but following sig-in error message \"no response from UCM\" appears ucm is connected to serial port com1 have tested com1 with other devices and all ok Also I have cs-xpress software and interface - when connected to com1 and you load the RS485 mointor you can see the tx and rx transmission. However if you download a .csx file it shows the transfer 0-100% and states its completed but following reset nothing has changed. Am amiss as to what is wrong all ucm settings appear correct and the comfort side seams ok - so it seams like its a pc problem - yet the port is working and the old cs-xpress software can talk to comfort yet wont over rite even though it states it has. N.B i have both .csx and .ccl file formats Any idea\'s please David - Guest - 01-22-2007 Could it be a setting on Comfigurator? Check that the baud rate is set as \"9600\" and flow control set to \"none\". - llebyat - 01-22-2007 both those settings are correct? - Guest - 01-22-2007 llebyat wrote: Quote:both those settings are correct? What is your Comfort firmware version? - slychiu - 01-22-2007 Adrian has replied to your post and is waiting for the result In future I suggest you start a new topic instead of replying to a post by someone else as it causes confusion as you can see from this topic regards ---UCM Ethernet Topic Moved--- |
