- slychiu - 05-06-2016 the polarity is not important for the telephone line Join the 2 wires from TEL in to TEL OUT Also it is better to restrict questions to one topic /thread otheerwise it makes it more difficult to figure out what has been answered and what hasnt and to follow the progress of the problem You have posted here and here http://www.comfortforums.com/forum77/4445.html - davids - 05-07-2016 A happy result. I joined the wires as you suggested. Another phone technician came out yesterday and discovered that the technician who had come out the previous day to address a fault that was affecting our internet usage has actually damaged our phone line. He remedied that fault and now everything is OK. I really appreciate the help you provided in dealing with this issue. - slychiu - 05-07-2016 So your 10 year old comfort 1 is still working |
