I can not access the keypad. now displays the following message.
\"RS485 Communication Failed!\"
I already checked all the connections. what can I do? update firmwere on KT03?

- Did the firmware upgrade using the UCM Firmware cable complete?
- Remove the UCM Programming Cables from the Comfort PCB
- if yes, reset the Comfort by pressing the reset button in Comfort. That should start the operation again.
- If not, nothing will work includng the keypads. what was the error message? Repeat the Firmware upgrade

Yes, the firmware upgrade using the UCM firmware, has been updated. I file updated has ULTx7.153.I did the firmware apgrade on Keypad, used KT7.064.
But after this, I can\'t login. Always have this message :\"Login Not valid for requested operation\"
My keypad not work, is dead.
I tried to access via Iphone app, but I have the following message \" Invalid Login - please retry\"
I tried to access via GSM Module and I was able to activate and deactivate the alarm. But when disabled, always sending sms \" Alarm - Signin Tamper-001 Controller\".
What can I do to restore Login and my system? Please Help me.

Did you do the following?
- Remove the UCM firmware upgrading cable from the Comfort PCB?
- Reset the Comfort PCB?
Please let me know if you have done the above steps. We have to know exactly what you did or did not do in order to assist correctly

Yes I did everything correctly. After upgrade completed, I removed the UCM firmware upgrading cable from the Comfort PCB and Reset the Comfort PCB. The green led slowly blinked and beeped, didn\'t say security off.
The keypad only show the attached image.

What firmware did you upgrade, KT03 or Comfort?
Is there another keypad NOT KT03 that you can enter your code
I think there are other information which we do not know about what has happened.

In Comfort : ULTx7.153
I don\'t have keypad anymore, only KT03.

take a video of UCM with leds flashing and send it as well

We have used a KP06 cut into the old KT03 frame - to replace any KT03\'s
I suggest you do the same the KT03 are simply not good news the functionality was and programming was actually OK bu the touch screen and resolution were appalling.
