- ident - 07-27-2012 I think we know what you experienced In Comfort 2, if an entry door is open and you arm to Away Mode, the keypad will announce the entry door eg \"Front Door\" and repeat, instead of \"Please Exit\" When you close the door, it arms to Away Mode This behaviour is different from Comfort 1 for a very good reason if there are 2 entry doors, and one or both is open, you need to know which door is open rather than hearing \"Please exit\" In Comfort 1, if you had 2 entry doors, say front and back door, and assume the back door is open when you press the Away Key. Comfort 1 would say \"Please Exit\". If you exit through the Front Door, you would get an Arm Failure alarm In Comfort 2, you hear the entry door or doors which are open and so you will know which door needs to be closed during exit - Howser - 07-27-2012 ident wrote: Quote:We have tested the cclx file using the same firmware that you have Yes, upgraded the board from Comfort I. The cclx convert had issues, which you fixed. Those are the two things that changed. |
