Hi,

I just got a CP9000 with a web server module to play with.

Even if it was bought brand new, the server did not have the 10.0.0.16 IP but something else. I succeded to reset to factory defaults, but I cannot acces the settings through web as admin user and password do not work.

All the other features, so far , are working properly(java applet, connecting with the Comfigurator etc)

However when I try to connect to the admin page I type \"admin\" and \"admin\", but no results, the password dialog keep poping up and no login.

What else I should do to be able to login?

Thank you.

You need to enter F0 on the keypad to enable the Engineer code in order ato access the Admin pages

Engineer code is enabled.

And if it were not enabled according with manual still should let me to login and after that to tell me I need to enable engineer code.

Thank you

What is the version of the firmware on the CWM and the Comfort. There should be a label on the U1 ICs
Can you send the screenshot of the error message when you try to log in?

Try to reset the password back to default i.e. \"admin\"; the instruction can be found on CWM manual page 61. It might be that somehow the default password has been changed. Password reset and factory-default reset are two different things.

Thanks hendy

This was the correct answer. Password reset is different than CWM reset. Smile
Now I got it allright.

Thanks again
