Anyone know whether Andy Roberts is around at the moment?
I submitted an order through the web site six days ago and nothing has happened to it. I tried to telephone today and received a message to say that the office is closed. There is nothing on the web site to suggest that Andy is away on holiday.
As a subsidiary question, does anyone know of an alternative source of Comfort in the UK?

I am sorry for the poor response that you have experienced from that former distributor Comfort Home Controls is no longer a Comfort Distributor due to many similar complaints from customers
