Is it possible to add the voices to the CWM so that it will emulate the installed system.

We dont have a way of transmitting voice over the internet for CWM
However the Everhome software, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum27/845.html has that ability to emulate a keypad on screen and you can actually hear the keypad voice menu
