When I assign either an ON / OFF responses to an ELEMENT the list is no particular order (not numeric or alphabetic).
Can this be changed to make selection easier ?

I assume you are referring to the CWM Designer?
We will see if such a change can be done in future version

Yes. I am using CWM Designer. (it is good)
