Hi,
Have now setup the comfort system and on the whole it is working great!
I have a couple of questions on the configuration:
1. I want to set up my Father with his own User code and I would like to leave him \'internal messages\'. I obviously do not want to give him an answering machine option. Is this possible?
2. When coming in the front door when the system is armed the keypad says \'Front Door, Lobby Movement\' announcements. Is there anyway of stopping this just in this case?

Q1 - If my memory is correct, if you do not record a user name for your father, you can leave an internal message by pressing F4 (alternatively on the user menu, 2 for messages, 4 to record message. Comfort will ask you to select user. Press the number corresponding to your fathers mailbox 1 to 8
Q2 - there is a Skip announcement of Zone Action under Response Wizard > Keypad which you can assign in the Zone Response. This prevents the announcement when the zone is open
