- engmoabel - 01-05-2009 Hi, if i have a PABX , I will check the box in comfigurator, and i will choose the number of digit to dial for outside line (*,#,0-9) but iam using a PABX using two numbers to do this[ for ex. (82,81)], How do i install this numbers in comfigurator? thanks - admin - 01-05-2009 Dialing 82 or 82 on your pabx will select the outgoing telephone line directly There is no provision to dial two numbers You can include 81 or 82 in the telephone number ie if you number is 1234567, use 811234567 and program as NO PABX The best solution is to put Comfort before the PABX ie Telephone line to Comfort TEL IN and Comfort TEL OUT to PABX incoming line This is more secure as Comfort will be able to seize the line to dial out if there is an alarm whereas if Comfort is after the PABX, Comfort will be unable to dial out if both lines are used |
