In Comfigurator 3, if you encounter an Exception after Reading (previously called Comfort -> PC), this may be caused by an old configuration programmed by Comfigurator 2 which is not accepted by Comfigurator 3, probably caused by data in locations which have not been used in the old software
In the Exception window, click on \"Copy to Clipboard\" and paste the contents in an email to send to support@cytech.biz
Also look for a file called upload.dmp in
Documents and Settings\\(username)\\My Documents\\Comfigurator
and send it to us as well
This will help to identify the issue causing the exception

The incidence of exceptions when reading from Comfort have been reduced with newer versions of Comfigurator. Please download the latest version from https://www.cytech.biz/comfigurator.html
Tthese exceptions are mainly due to systems which have been programmed by Comfigurator 2 where these is an incompatibility between the two, or the original program has been entered by keypad menu
