Hi,

I am currently upgrading my Comfort I to Comfort II using the upgrade kit.

I have the ACC-Plate01 which I have mounted in the Comfort I enclosure.

My issue/query is that when I install the Comfort II PCB (either way up) it clashes with the case tamper microswitch.

Am I doing something wrong here? Also what is the correct orientation for the PCB?

Thanks,

Ian

The Metal enclosure that was supplied with Comfort I was not from Cytech (the manufacturers), it was from a former distributor.

Which part of the PCB clashes with the microswitch. Is it the LEM which is plugged on top of the main Comfort PCB? This may be mounted on other standoffs in the enclosure. Can you send a photo so we can understand what the problem is

Hi,

Cheers Ian

The orientation of the Comfort II board is correct
Are you using the outputs 5 and 6? If not  there may not be an interference withj th Tamper switch. You can also remove the terminal blocks to give more space
