Hi Support,
At 12:01 most days I receive a \"Low Battery # Slave 1\" Warning at 12:02 it restores.
Is this an issue in my configuration or something else?

The low battery Slave alarm occurs because the Battery connected to the Slave is weak, or is not connected.
There is an automatic Low Battery Test every 24 hours which switches off the AC supply to Comfort for 2 minutes. If a low battery condition is detected during that time on Comfort or any of the Slaves a Low Battery alarm is raised. When the low battery is detected the Battery test ends immediately and a Low Battery Restore event occurs.
The Low battery test interval is in Comfigurator: Configuration > Modules > Miscellaneous Settings. It can be disabled by setting the interval to 0.
A manual battery test can be started using the keypad F3,1. Subsequently the battery test will be at the programmed Time interval say 24 hours from this time.
If your battery has been installed for several years it may be time to change it.
Technical Note:
You can measure the battery voltage using a voltmeter by switching off the AC and keeping the battery connected. A good battery should be around 12 Volts. You should always measure a battery with its load connected. If the load is not connected, even a weak battery may show 12 Volts

I do not have a battery connected to the slave but I have one connected to the main panel. Because the slave is in the same cabinet I do not necessarily need a second battery connected to the slave? is this correct? If I do \"Configuration > Modules > Miscellaneous Settings. It can be disabled by setting the interval to 0\" as suggested, will this prevent the main battery from being tested as well?

The battery test is global so disabling the test will disable the test on Comfort as well
It is not true that if the slave is in the same cabinet that you do not need a separate battery. The purpose of the battery is to supply power to the alarm system in case of a power failure. In your case the slave would lose power and so would not work when there is a power faiulre.

The slave can be powered also by the main panel if the via J10 connection, as it is in system. I assume this is OK?
If this is the case then the slave would be held up by the main battery connected to the main panel if a mains power failure were to occur.
Then if the above is correct and there is no battery and power supply connected to the slave it will still report low battery every time there is a battery test conducted.
Is there a way to still maintain the battery test function on the main battery with a slave board not having it\'s own battery and power supply?

The Slave can be powered from the Main Comfort panel using the 4 way connector. (J10 and J9 are the 4 way headers on Comfort 1 Slave). If that is the case you do not need to connect a battery to the Slave
However you must make sure that the current used by the slave and its 12V supply falls within the total of 1 Amp which the Comfort system can supply

I have a SEM02 (PC01-008C) vF4.177 I can see JP1 12VDC Power Supply Terminal but I can not find a Battery Connection? Q1 If Comfort is drawing less than 1amp how could comfort be reporting low battery failure? Q2 There is no battery terminal that I can find on the SEM02 PCB so how can it report low battery failure on Slave 1 if you can not attach a battery?

SEM02 does not have a power supply or battery connector. I assumed you were referring to SEM01 which has its own AC supply and battery charger
In this case, the low battery may actually be due to Comfort not the slave as the Slave thinks it has a battery. The threshold of low battery reporting on Comfort and Slave would be slightly different so the Slave may report low battery at a slightly higher threshold than the main board.
How long have you had your system and when was the last time the battery was changed? - I assume the low battery warning was relatively recent. To check your battery, switch off the AC supply and measure the battery voltage while connected to Comfort. If the voltage is close to 11.5 Volts then it is time to change the battery

I have done the battery check:
AC Power Off - Battery Voltage 13.5v
After 2min - Battery Voltage 12.49v
System has been installed about 2 years now.
Battery voltage seems fine above your 11.5v.

That seems fine
Can you measure the 12V at the SEM02 itself There may be a voltage drop for some reason
