- TheMax74 - 01-10-2011 I need to install 2 internal speakers as internal siren. Each speaker is 8 Ohm. I know the SPK output of Comfort supports an 8Ohm speaker. What about parallel connection of two speakers (= 4Ohm) ? Thanks. - slychiu - 01-11-2011 That is not recommended as it may overload the speaker driver. However you can connect the two speakers in series which gives the combination a 16 ohms impedance. The volume may be reduced but perhaps it may be sufficient for you - TheMax74 - 01-11-2011 Thanks. |
