Are you using the keypad?
Menu is 2 for mesages 5 for Reminder
Enter reminder number and # key
4 for messages
1 to record reminder message, 2 to hear reminder, 3 to erase reminder
\"leave your message after the tone\"
Then record your message when the MIC led is red and press and key to end
To hear and erase the reminder message, see the bold line above

If you have recorded it and cannot hear the recorded message check your keypad connections

Press F4 on the keypad to leave a message. Press any key to end. The MSG led should turn on. enter your code to hear the message. If there is no message recorded then there is a problem with your keypad connections

The default sound is a standard two tone doorbell chime. If yours is not, open the default template and write to Comfort
