Hi, does comfort come with an answer machine and if so can it be set up through comfigurator 3.3.3 as i don\'t seem to be able to do so.

Comfort does come with an answering machine
Be default Comfort answers the phone after the Number of Rings in Comfigurator Telecoms > Answering
If no Greeting message is recorded, Comfort says \"Please Sign in\" You can enter * and user code and # key to access the user menu
If you record a Greeting message, then the caller will hear this message and can record a message. This will cause the MSG led on the keypads to flash
Enter your code on any keypad to hear the message
The Greeting message must be recorded on the telephone or keypad, not by Comfigurator.
Using the telephone or keypad, go to User Menu, press 9 for Program menu, 1 for answering, 3 to record Greeting message
By the way these voice menus and how to use Comfort are documented in the Comfort User Manuals which come with the products and can be downloaded from https://www.cytech.biz/user_manual.html

Hi,
I have recorded the greeting message and also set the \"rings before answer-security off\" to 5. however when i call my landline , comfort does not answer my call .
What have i missed ?
