Version 2.009 - 25 April 2011

  1. Removed Warm Reset. All resets are cold resets now (ie. ID is read and all outputs are reset to off). No need to disconnect power when ID is changed, just press Reset button on RIO
Version 2.008 - 17 June 2010
  1. Supoort for Unknown command on RS485 Bus (21H)
Version 2.007 - 18 December 2007
  1. Resolved the problem that \"When shunt R at J2 is in open position, shorting any input won\'t make its corresponding output (connected to test bulb) to flash continuously\" as it should in normal operation.

Where can I download firmware 2.009. I could not find it.

The SCS or RIO firmware is not upgradable
Neither is KP03, KP04, Door stations

- hinis - 05-19-2014

Do you have plans to introduce firmware to RIO which will be upgradable?

- ident - 05-19-2014

Yes in future we may have a RIO with upgradable firmware but that is still some way off

- juwi_uk - 05-19-2014

Are you envisaging that this would need new RIO hardware or is it just that you haven\'t got around to making a software flash-able solution for it yet?

- ident - 05-19-2014

It will require completely new hardware
The current RIO hardware is not able to support flashing

- hinis - 03-02-2015

Have you done any work toward new flashable RIO hardware yet?

- slychiu - 03-03-2015

We are developing a new type of RIO still in progress

- hinis - 12-19-2015

I bought a new RIO now that has firmware version 2.010. What are the changes in this version?
