I have Time Programs that set a NightTime flag off or on according to time of day. When time = 21:00 the flag is supposed to be set; when the time = 06:00 the flag is meant to be reset.
According to this flag a light will or will not be turned on by a movement sensor.
It seems that this flag is not being set reliably as my sensor-driven lights come on during the day.
I go to Comfigurator and execute the response to set the NightTime flag correctly and the lights start operating properly again.
The response to action the lights seems fine because it works whenever I make sure the NightTime flag is set correctly.

Anybody has any ideas about this conundrum?

Using Comfigurator 3.2.8.0 for Comfort 1 Ultra v4.226

The Night Time Flag only works in Comfort 2 but yours is Comfort 1
You will have to use action to check Hours instead of Night Time flag

My NightTime flag is just named as such - it is an ordinary flag as far as Comfort is concerned. A lot of the time it works fine with the flag being set at 21:00 each day and reset at 06:00. What puzzles me is why it sometimes goes awry.

It shouyld always work if programed correctly
However the flag will work only if the time passes through the set time
eg if you change the time past the set time then the flag will not be changed

The progamming should be correct as it has worked in the past. Now it seems that the Time Schedule programs no longer work properly and I need to manually set/reset my NightTime flag. I set/reset the flag and then have to Reset the Comfort system for the correct behaviour to kick in.

There is an enable/disable  setting for each Time program
Perhaps it has been disabled?

- davids - 02-28-2012

All enabled.
I have attached the two scenarios exported from the NightTime and DayTime time programs.

It is better to see the whole program rather than 2 scenarios because there may be other unseen factors
If it were Comfort 2 you would be able to test the flag by typing F?NN where NN is the flag number in Hexadecimal

I cannot see how the time programs would not work if it did before

I cannot understand this problem unless there is some unknown issue with Time Programs. I will continue to monitor what is going on - this morning the system is behaving properly i.e. the flag has been correctly set.
