It has been almost 2 years and there are many technical issues that I am facing with the home comfort system. It seemed that every functions I have tested has issues. Right now there is a list of technical issues which I have forwarded to the installer but I am not getting any respond. Right now I am not able to use the alarm system due to these problems. Is there anyway I can get help from the principal of the Comfort Home alarm system since the SI person is not helping and I believe his knowledge on the system is limited. I am in KL.
