Have a comfort 1 system.
We have recently changed telephone company, and are having issues with the \"phone trouble\" alarm during telephone calls. I am assuming that the new telephone company have not transferred the telephone wiring across properly.
I am not due back for another few weeks from business, and wonder if someone could assist in action to configure the system on a dial in program session (voice menu flow) for \"ignore line cut\". This will allow me to correct the wiring on my return.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Sign in with user code
Press 9 for program menu
Press 3 4 1 to enable Engineer code
Press # several times until you hear Thank you goodbye
before she finishes the sentence press * and enter your engineer code and #
if you are too late just dial in again and enter the engineer code and # key
In engineer code press 7 4 1 for Locations menu
Enter 40#
Listen to the number. It is normally 84 but may be different Add 2 to this ie 86 and # key
Press # a few times until you go back to Engineer Menu
Press 7 4 2 to reset
This will disable Phone Line cut

In future I suggest to get a UCM/ETH02 so you can do this using Comfigurator remotely

Many thanks for the assistance. I think that indeed I will purchase and fit the ETH02 for occasions for this.
