I have a customer that wants the following has G2

When armed and the door bell is rung dial out to tel no - OK when tel is answered \"doorbell press 1 for door bell 2 to open door\" etc

If the 2 is pressed (he has a magnetic door latch) then he is concerned about the security and wants comfor to ask for th security code.....

Can I add this into misc events on a response?

I cannot see where this is possible in the response prog menu!

Actually the menu is Press 0 for Door station, 4 to open gate, 7 to open door
4 and 7 are announced only if the events > Misc responses has a nonzero response

There is no way to add a code to the doorbell menu.
The doorbell menu is unique in that it is the only one that allows you to go in without a code, so that you can quickly talk to the visitor

It is for this reason that you cannot \'escape\' from the doorbell menu to another menu.

For your customer I suggest that you dont program keys 4 or 7 to open door/gate.
Instead get him to press # to end. While the lady is saying \"Thank You, goodbye\", press *, enter the code and # key. This gets you into the menu, then go to Home Control to open the door

This is a also useful trick when you want to sign in with another code, eg Engineer code without having to hang up and redial

OK Thanks

I knew the 1 and 2 were incorrect but could not remember the exact sequence...
