Greeting,
when picking up the phone to make a call, a rhythmic (every two seconds or so) background noise can be heard. Whit an older analogue phone we can make calls, but whit a newer phone we can not, but we can receive calls with both phones. When the phone is picked up, we can also hear the phone relay on the Comfort
main board.
The house phone is connected to the TEL_OUT terminal on the Comfort main board. The main telephone line is connected to the TEL_IN terminal.
We tried connecting the house phone to the main telephone line directly, i.e. past
the Comfort main board and the background noise went away. Therefore, definitely the Comfort board is causing this rhythmic background noise when picking up the telephone.
The current firmware version of the Comfort main board is 7.022.
Are we doing something wrong? What is the solution?

This is a known problem with 7.022
Please upgrade to the latest firmware, it should be 7.024

Please upgrade to 7.024 in Comfigurator by right cllicking on the Controller Module and selecting Check for updates
