- slayer91 - 11-24-2006 Hello, I purchased a Comfort (1) Pro system some late 2005. In the last few weeks I connected a serial UCM and downloaded the latest version of Comfgurator 2.10. to connect to Comfort. However, it tells me that I will be only able to run this for 30 days before purchasing a licence. I thought the cost of this licence is included in the cost of the comfort system??? Regards LiamK - slychiu - 11-24-2006 There are 2 types of UCMs; UCX01 without Comfigurator licence, used for interfacing to external devices like Lutron etc UCM01 or UCM/IR used for upload/download which comes with the Comfigurator licence There is a cost difference between the 2 If you are getting the message then you must be using the UCX01 Were you informed of the difference when you purchased it? - slayer91 - 11-24-2006 No, it\'s a serial UCM01 with the Audio, got it from Letsautomate. They did not mention any software licence cost. Regs LiamK - malgre - 12-04-2006 Letsautomate purchased a batch of Comfigurator licenses for resale, and so I believe they should have supplied you with one. Malcolm Green - mindi65 - 04-02-2007 Hi Chiu Same hapened with me. UCM01 got some high power via 485 bus and as long as fortunatelly it was only single board damaged I purchased second hand UCM01 Audio from another user who purchased GSM module instead. UCM Audio was originally purchased around 2005. When I tried to upload previous ccl file I got message that licence will expire in 30 days How is possible to get licence key to activate Comfigurator?
