I have one I have not seen before.

I have an Ultra II and have had no problems with it.

I have it set up with an LEM03, DM02, UMC/Cbus, UMC/Eth2, RIO

Nothing new there. you would think.

Until it come to final commissioning and testing.

I have tried to change codes via keypad and Comfigurator.

Code are stuck as default 1234 and Tech 6789

I have programmed others and also attempted to delete mailboxes (Reset codes)

No Joy. I have no errors or other obvious issues with the alarm, It dials and reports perfectly, Responses work first time every time.

Any Ideas?

If you use Comfigurator to change the user codes you must check \"Write User Codes\" in Configuration > Modules and settings
It is unchecked by default so that if an installer comes back to do some reprograming since the first handover, writing to Comfort does not write over the user codes back to original

You can always change user codes by keypad by pressing F+7
Comfort asks for user code, then ask you to enter the new code
This always works

Erasing Mailboxes will reset the user code to 1234 and delete all other user codes
