- paulgw - 12-04-2013 Hi all, Gen 2 comfort running 7.045, UCM/ETH03 running 7.028, UCM CBUS running old firmware as non upgradeable board, KP06 running 6.007. I have added a KP04 keypad; Comfigurator 3.7.7 is telling me it doesn\'t know the firmware version. Is the KP04 updateable? Sticker on IC says KP103. I notice there is a section on the forum talking about firmware updates for the KP04 but i can\'t find any files? If I try and update I get a message telling me to use the programming cable method to update the firmware but have no idea what that means!! Any help appreciated Regards Paul - juwi_uk - 12-04-2013 They aren\'t upgradable I recall by us mere mortals though possibly they could be sent back to Cytech for reprograming? - ident - 12-05-2013 Correct, KP04 firmware cannot be upgraded as it needs special equipment The programming cable cannot be used either We may have an arrangement for KP04 firmware to be upgraded in the UK, more news later |
