- cc_uk - 04-06-2014 I am trying to get things so that I can use the iPhone App to remotely Arm to away mode. I have the Front door zone as the final exit zone and am keen not to switch to exit timer only. However when I try to remotely force arm to away mode it always fails. Could there be an additional option under \'Away arming method\' that still allows the final door to immediately arm to away or Vacation mode, but if that door is not opened allow the timer to take over? Unless I am missing something the only way to remote arm to away mode now is to switch entirely to the timer only. - ident - 04-06-2014 If the system is being armed to away mode remotely then it is not necessary to exit by the Entry doorThe system will arm if all zone are closedIf you use the comfort app you must set the network connection to Internet instead of LAN so Comfort knows it is a remote arming - cc_uk - 04-06-2014 Excellent thanks Ident that works perfectly I was testing using a local connection, switching to Internet works as expected. |
