In order to run Comfigurator on Windows XP, the requirements are;
- Windows XP Service Pack 3
- .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1. Download from http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=22

Windows 7 and above include .NET Framework 3.5 so there should be no problem
